To ensure our customers’ satisfaction, we would like to clarify our exchange and return policy:

Order Error or Missing Items

If you receive an incorrect or incomplete order, please follow the steps below:

Step One

Contact us via WhatsApp and provide a clear comparison between the ordered item and the received item.
Example: In case of a size issue, please send a photo of the item showing the measurements using a measuring tape.

Step Two

After reviewing your request, one of the following actions will be taken based on the case evaluation:

• Item alteration

• Crafting a new piece

Important Notes

• If the received item fully matches the requested specifications and measurements, exchanges or returns will not be accepted.

• Alteration services are available for an additional fee, determined based on the case.

• Delivery fees are the responsibility of the customer.
